UTS Jumbunna

MODE’s Sydney studio delivered the successful refurbishment of spaces within the Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research, for The University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

The brief was to create additional staff workspaces, social and informal spaces and individual learning spaces for students. The design aimed to improve student experience by creating collaboration opportunities through a variety of seating within an open plan workspace and through the provision of flexible rooms for teaching and consultation.
