Broadbeach Community Precinct

City of Gold Coast commissioned MODE to develop a Master Plan for the existing Broadbeach Community Precinct.

MODE developed a Master Plan of the precinct which visually and physically connects and integrates the various existing buildings and elements of the precinct to create a legible, cohesive and contemporary cultural centre which reflects the lifestyle of the Gold Coast.

Included in the scope of works was the design of the extension to the Albert Waterways Community Centre and Life Education Centre. MODE created unique design to the existing buildings, tied together by distinctive and classic Gold Coast elements and landscape, including new spaces for meetings, conferences, local businesses and private events as well as flexible spaces for both indoor and outdoor activities and performances.
