MODE’s proposed vision intelligently allows access to a high level of amenities to deliver an outcome that is appealing and sellable. The project aims to achieve at its core, community integration and an ‘openness’. Multiple green spaces at varying scales are provided to encourage social interaction or respite, and a diverse range of activities or rest.
