Mascot Mixed Use

On one of the last consolidated parcels of land in Mascot, MODE has lodged a planning proposal application with Bayside Council to allow a mixed use development of approximately 45,000sqm of floor space over 11 storeys.

Our Sydney studio has designed a mixed use development that incorporates medical, commercial, hotel and commuter parking. This project will assist Council in delivering more employment generating development adjacent to the airport and nearby high density residential areas.
