Encore is a 60-residence boutique development that aims to enhance the amenity of the riverside parkland.

The development is a mixture of 2-and 3-bedroom options is targeted at owner-occupiers, and MODE worked closely with Stockwell to design and deliver high quality and low maintenance resort-style living. The residents will enjoy large floor plans, private rooftop communal facilities with swimming pool, outdoor dining, and key planting with edible gardens throughout, encouraging retreat and relaxation outdoors, celebrating sub-tropical living on the river. The façade of the building has been designed to achieve a visual reduction in building bulk and scale. Canter levering balcony edges incorporate screening elements for privacy and garden planters for vertical amenity.
