Recognising the prospects for future success and positioning themselves to become a strong second-generation multidisciplinary design firm, MODE have rewarded the contributions of key staff through internal promotions to bolster their leadership group.

Following their annual leadership summit, Auckland’s Brunilda Brookes has been promoted to Associate Director, four new Associates have been appointed, including Suzannah Harvey (Sunshine Coast), Yatrik Patel (Sydney) and Esther Kim & Andrew Butcher in Brisbane. There have been two further promotions in their Brisbane studio with Katie Holman promoted to Infrastructure Team Leader and Sean Cherry to Senior Landscape Architect, firming the leadership group as MODE’s growth continues to accelerate nationally and internationally.

“The leadership team promotions demonstrate the company’s commitment to our clients and specialisation within our key sectors. As a first-generation design firm, we’re looking to our leadership team to help establish MODE as a top tier firm by developing a strong platform for future growth.”
– Rhonan O’Brien, MODE Managing Principal

These key announcements add significant value to the MODE team and represent expansion not only in the studios but across their varied disciplines and sectors.

Led by a group that includes both design and operational staff of Principals, Directors, Associate Directors, Studio Managers, Discipline Leads, Group Managers and Associates, MODE is expanding on their more than 25 years’ experience, value-adding to the leadership team and strategically focusing on designing their future.
