Stanford & Oxford on Boggo Road
Stanford & Oxford consists of 82 apartments across two boutique buildings, located in one of Queensland’s largest knowledge, health, and historic precincts, Boggo Road Urban Village in Dutton Park.
Stanford and Oxford, designed by MODE for property company Stockwell, consists of 4 & 5-storey towers above two basement levels and is divided into two buildings to reduce the visual impact of the built form and to be appropriate to its location. The ground floor along Peter Doherty Street is developed as a series of brick walls and planters to address the historic brick buildings adjacent to the site. The apartments, with their large balconies, facilitate outdoor living and subtropical design. These balconies, sun hoods, fine metal screens, and large roof overhang articulate and scale the building’s façade.
