St John Ambulance WA Ltd (St John) has taken a unique approach to Health Centres with the development of a coordinated patient centric model. This integrated approach allows multiple health services in one facility. The services offered at a standard St John Health Centre include: General Practice, Dental Care, Allied health, Urgent care medical services, Specialised Medicine and Services.

MODE is proud to be able to assist in delivering The St John Health Centre that provides great medical service that is friendly, inviting and delivers a care service that provides patients with a positive and assuring experience of health care.

Working collaboratively with St John, we were able to go through and workshopped each department with relevant stakeholders. This will ensure that the design, space planning, patient journey, staff working experience are considered and captured to deliver a successful outcome for everyone involved.

St John have also put their full confidence in appointing MODE to be the Superintendent and trust in our ability to be fair and reasonable throughout the entire process up to Practical Completion. The outcome had been well received Stakeholder and Staff members.
