Shah Alam City Centre

This proposal, in joint venture with Layton Group (M) and BHD, marks a significant phase in the revitalisation of Shah Alam, Selangor’s capital city situated in the Petaling District of Malaysia.

The master plan proposes 100,000sqm of retail shopping, two commercial towers, four soho residential towers, three university student residential towers, a university and a hotel all connected by an undulating sky park three to five levels above ground which also connects the large public park and lake precinct adjacent to the site. The designs reflect iconic, state of the art sustainable concepts while maximising building and floor plate efficiency. The use of green technology and environmental friendly and energy efficiency savings were an important factor in the criteria to reflect the heritage and aspirations of the client as a leading property development company in Malaysia.
