Marie Bashir Sports Centre

This project consisted of the planning and design of a new sports building and landscape in a former military precinct bordering Rawson Oval and a National Park in Mosman.

The design was required to be sympathetic to the military character and historic significance of the site while providing a contemporary facility for the community. Building scale and built form were important values to integrate the facility into the existing environment in a visually prominent site while providing a contemporary facility for the community.
