Essence Hotel

MODE were engaged to undertake the fit outs across levels 5, 6 & 7 to house Essence Hotel’s new facilities.

The project comprised of three floors of accommodation including one and two bedroom suites, dual suites, two bed PWD suites and one bedroom studio suites. An entertainment/training space was introduced to level 5 to cater for staff lunch, guest lounge, conferences and meetings. Medical tenancies within the building will be able to book the facilities throughout the hotel. The lower level ground floor accommodates the hotel entry/reception, allowing connection from the carpark and street/railway station. The inter-connected relationship with the day hospital will provide a first of a kind experience, where patients can stay in the hotel and receive medical care prior to returning home.
