MODE was engaged by BNE Property to master plan the proposed Airport Industrial Precinct.

The master plan considers all aspects of the coordination of road networks, cycle networks, bio-regeneration, waterways and major services required to facilitate sub division of lots. The AIP is located at the end of the RLSA zone for the runway.
In principal AIP will cover 110 hectares of development land, connecting the Airport with main commuter routes, Brisbane and surrounding areas.
