Showcasing Croft and Cremorne on Fish Lane, QLD

We’re thrilled to showcase Croft and Cremorne on Fish Lane, a landmark project in South Brisbane that seamlessly integrates sophisticated residential living with the dynamic cultural energy of the iconic Fish Lane precinct.

This mixed-use development, comprising 22-storey and 26-storey towers, is a testament to the collaborative vision of Stockwell and MODE’s comprehensive design approach.

Our Architecture and Interior Design teams worked closely with Stockwell creating an environment that balances refined urban elegance with the vibrant, communal atmosphere of this thriving neighbourhood. The residences are light-filled and modern, with quality materials and thoughtful layouts enhancing natural light and ventilation, while the exterior embraces the creativity of Fish Lane’s celebrated street art culture.

Key Highlights:

🏢 124 apartments across two stunning towers.

🛍️ Ground-floor retail spaces fostering a lively, pedestrian-friendly streetscape.

🧱 Facades and finishes inspired by Fish Lane’s artistic heritage.

The project reflects MODE’s philosophy of being CONNECTED BY DESIGN, delivering spaces that not only elevate living standards but are also deeply rooted in their cultural and urban contexts.

Croft and Cremorne is more than a development; it’s an experience that redefines urban living in Brisbane.
